Packaging can feel overwhelming—but it doesn’t have to. 

In this 3-hour interactive workshop on Saturday, October 25 (10AM – 1PM EST), Dahlia Ishak (Director & Designer at Public House Studio) will share her proven framework for taking packaging projects from concept to launch. You’ll explore how to lead client conversations that uncover unique brand character, structure projects into three clear phases—Brand, Build, and Launch—and balance creativity with commercial appeal.

Participants will learn:

  • Dahlia’s 3-phase process: Brand, Build, Launch

  • How to foster trust through collaboration and communication

  • Principles for hierarchy and shelf impact

  • How to design distinct brands from concept to dielines, and beyond

WORKSHOP INSTRUCTOR

Dahlia Ishak

Dahlia has 15 years of experience as an agency brand designer and art director. This flexibility has allowed her to also be co-owner-operator of multiple hospitality businesses. In 2020, Dahlia founded Public House, an award winning branding & design studio with a focus on Food & Beverage businesses. 

The studio launched as an initiative to support local hospitality shops in response to pandemic closures, and has since grown to serve local and national clients in the Food & Beverage, Hospitality, and Start-up sectors. Dahlia's work has landed many of her clients on the biggest shelves in retail including Wholefoods, Erewhon, Costco, Farm Boy and LCBO.

She is passionate about creating thoughtful and memorable brands with personality and working with clients that foster community and connection.
